Who can use Coptic Leader
You must be 18 or older and authorized by your church to use the app. It is built for adult ministry volunteers and leaders, and is not intended for use by children.
Your responsibility for the information you enter
When you add information to the app, you confirm that you are authorized by your church to do so, and that your church has the rights and any required consents — including parental or guardian consent for information about children. You agree to use information about children and families only for legitimate ministry purposes, and to keep it accurate.
Acceptable use
Don't access data you aren't authorized to see, attempt to break or test security without permission, upload unlawful or harmful content, or misuse anyone's information. Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended.
Privacy
Your use is also covered by our Privacy Policy. For information about a church's community, the church controls that data and we process it on the church's behalf.
Account deletion
You can delete your account from within the app at any time. Deletion removes your account and associated data we are not required to keep; some ministry records you created may be retained or anonymized as described in the Privacy Policy.
Service provided “as is”
The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited as set out in our full terms. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited — including for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be noticed in the app, with an updated effective date.
